MAKING

CASTROCELTA our main wine is an elegant and balanced single variety Albariño. It´s made from the grapes of our own vineyards combining ancient traditions with advanced technology to make this wine a pleasure for the senses.

TASTING

VISUAL PHASE
A straw-coloured yellow with hints of gold.

SMELLING PHASE
A very strong elegant fruity aroma with floral blends making it enveloping and sensual.

TASTING PHASE
Wide bouquet and fleshy. It´s full of persistant sensations with a vast ,elegant and powerful retronasal aroma.
